About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Female Student Counselor to join our team in Hyderabad. With a minimum of 5 years of counseling experience, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing academic, career, and personal guidance to help students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive academic, career, and personal guidance to students.
• Assist students in understanding their educational options, course selections, and career pathways.
• Identify academic or behavioral challenges and work with students to develop effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure holistic student development and support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Student Counselor or Academic Advisor.
• Gender: Female.
• Location: Hyderabad.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an empathetic approach to student support.
